Shipping & Delivery
We ship all of our products via United States Postal Service (USPS). When we ship to a non-US address, you are responsible for paying all customs charges, taxes, and tariffs.
Payment
We currently accept payments via Paypal. Paypal will charge you immediately at the time of the order. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. We adhere to PayPal's buyer protection plan as described in HERE. For this reason, we are not able to accept credit card payments directly.
Safety
K1EL Systems LLC provides kits that are feature rich and safe when used properly. Please remember to work safely when assembling and connecting your kit. Please review our safety recommendations before you start. K1EL Systems LLC cannot be responsible for any damage to you, your kit, or other equipment due to user error or factors beyond our control.
Liability
K1EL Systems LLC's products are intended for hobby and experimental use only. They should not be used in any mission critical or life support application of any kind. In any event, our product liability only covers damage or loss up to the value of the individual product sold.
