Returns will be accepted only on unopened products no more than 30 days after the date of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com before sending your return to us. We will refund your purchase through PayPal. If there are missing or defective components in your kit, we will send you replacements at our expense. In some cases we may as you to return a defective part for analysis.
Please contact us if you are having what appears to be a hardware problem with your kit. In many cases a seemingly unfixable problem may be due to a software application issue. If you have a kit that we have determined cannot be field repaired, we will provide you with an estimate of repair cost along with an address to send the kit to.
